Position: Management Trainee
Organization: Shanta Equity Limited
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the origination of new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and preparing proposals.
- Execute the deals of Initial Public Offering (IPO), Bonds and Preference Shares, Corporate Advisory etc. successfully.
- Conduct Due Diligence on existing and potential clients, including market research, industry analysis, and Financial Analysis.
- Preparation of financial models, Valuation Analysis, and presentations for clients and internal use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for Deal Structuring and Execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to provide valuable insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree holder in Business Administration (with a major in Finance/Accounting) or in Economics.
- Candidates with additional degrees such as CFA will have an edge.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Job location: The Glass House (Level 04),38 Gulshan Avenue , Dhaka-1212
Monthly Compensation Package: BDT 60,000 along with Gratuity Fund, Provident Fund, Performance Bonus, Festival Bonus etc.
